How can I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website or call/text the salon directly.

Do you offer Financing?

Yes! We offer Financing via CareCredit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book any future appointments.

• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to compensate for the stylist's reserved time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will also be required to schedule future appointments.

• Color services with an estimated total of $299 or more require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as these policies help us respect both our stylists' time and our clients' scheduling needs.

Do you accept walk-ins?
While we recommend booking an appointment, we do accept walk-ins based on stylist availability!

What should I do if I’m running late?

Please call us as soon as possible. (678-818-8221) Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on stylist availability.

What hair Products do you use and recommend?

We use professional, salon-quality products tailored to your hair type. Your stylist will recommend the best products for your personalized at-home care regimen.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we offer complimentary consultations to discuss your goals and determine the best services for you.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with clean, dry hair unless instructed specifically otherwise. For color services, avoid using heavy weight products before your visit.

Do you offer services for children or men?

Yes, we offer time-based haircuts and grooming services for all ages and genders!

Are gift cards available?

Yes! Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store and are valid for any service or retail products.
